I order from usborne.com every so often when I’m looking for new books for the kids, and overall it’s been a good experience. The site is easy to browse, and I like that the age ranges and book descriptions make it simple to pick something suitable. Most of the titles I wanted were in stock, though a couple of the more popular ones were sold out when I checked. I still found some good alternatives quickly, including a few activity and early reading books that looked really well put together. I’d definitely use them again.

I started by looking for a couple of books I already had in mind, and the whole process just felt straightforward from there. The books were easy to find, checkout didn’t take long, and I got the confirmation almost right away. Based on that experience, I’d definitely order again.

"Pretty good order overall"
My books showed up quickly, and at first I was like, great, everything looks good, well, almost everything. Most of the order was right, but one of the titles wasn’t the one I actually picked. It’s not a huge deal, I guess, just a little annoying.

"Easy to Use, Even Though I Usually Stick With Another Store"
I’ll admit I normally default to another bookstore site because I’ve used it for years, so I wasn’t sure I’d switch things up. But this site was easy to get around, and the age sections actually helped me narrow things down quickly. The search worked fine too, which was a relief. A few pages felt a little crowded, but ordering wasn’t a hassle. Overall, I had a good experience — maybe not enough to fully ditch my usual go-to yet, but definitely good enough that I’d come back.

"These books survive my kids"
I’ve grabbed a few Usborne Publishing books now. they last. My toddler is rough with them. Flaps get pulled. Books get dragged around. Still fine.
The pages feel sturdy, and the corners don’t get trashed as fast as our other books. Worth it for us. Little kids treat books like toys. These can handle it.

"Checkout made me lose a bit of trust"
The books looked good and I was ready to buy, but the payment options were way too limited. I couldn’t use the method I normally pay with online, which was frustrating enough that I just left it for later. "Good updates, but the wait was a bit annoying"
I ordered a few books from usborne.com and, to be fair, the communication was solid. I got the order emails, and the tracking link actually worked, which is more than I can say for some places. At least I wasn’t left guessing where the parcel had disappeared to. It did take a bit longer than I expected, which was slightly frustrating because I kept hoping it would turn up sooner, but it wasn’t a total disaster. Overall, I’m happy enough with the order and I’d probably buy from them again.

"Pretty good for what you pay"
I thought these were good for the price. The books are nice, nothing super fancy or anything, but totally decent, especially for kids who are probably going to read them, toss them around, lose one under the couch, all that. The prices feel fair enough too, which is really what I was hoping for.

"Started off cute, then I got a little picky"
I actually thought the activity ideas were really fun and easy to follow, and my kids stayed busy for a good while, which was great. Then halfway through I was like, wait, why do some of these pages feel a little too similar? Overall, it’s a nice option for keeping kids entertained, but I do wish there was a bit more variety in a few spots

"Helpful, but the wait made it feel impersonal"
Customer service did help me in the end, and the person I spoke with was nice and got my question sorted. It just took longer than I expected to hear back, and during the wait I kind of felt like I was just a ticket number in the queue. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely could’ve been a bit quicker and smoother.

I found what I needed so fast, it felt like a miracle. The book details were super clear and actually easy to understand, which I appreciate more than I can even explain. The age ranges and descriptions helped a ton, so I wasn’t sitting there second-guessing everything before ordering. Such a relief!

"Great books for learning at home"
I’ve picked up a few Usborne books for my kids, and they’ve been a hit. The activity books are especially good because they keep them learning without it feeling too much like schoolwork. Ordering was a smooth experience too, which always helps. A couple of the books feel a little pricey, but overall the quality and educational value are definitely there. I’d give them 4 stars

I ordered a few kids’ books from usborne.com they showed up exactly how I’d hoped. The box was sturdy, wasn’t all bashed in, and the books had enough packing around them that none of the corners were bent.
It wasn’t anything over the top, just packed properly, which is really all I expect when ordering books online. I’m always a bit nervous they’ll arrive scuffed or damaged, but these were clean and in great shape. I’d definitely order again

The books themselves are really nice, so no complaints there, but the delivery showed up way later than expected again. What annoyed me most was that there was no follow-up or update from anyone, so I was just left wondering what was going on.

I ordered a couple of kids books from usborne.com the checkout went smoothly overall. The payment page took a few seconds to load at first, but it didn’t crash or empty my basket or anything like that.

I got the confirmation email right away, and there were no weird double charges. I only took off one star because the final page was a bit laggy for me, but it was still good enough...
